This is a photo of the original plans for the buildings at HAFF. The main road, National Route 3 is not apparant on the plan, but the point of the plan on the upper right is the main gate which is at the main road. Following back from the main gate the road splits at the first school building. That building is aproximately parallel with the main road. The clump of buildings like a sickle is the school. The other clump of buildings on the lower right was the originally planned housing, I believe. That never happened. Instead, more land was purchased directly behind the Haitian homes on the main road and the houses were built to the left of and in front of the school. The land for the housing clump shown here is currently in pasture for goats and a donkey.
