BTI Soccer Team Festival
A week ago Friday, March 11, the BTI soccer team sponsored a whole school festival (fete in French and Creole). The fete actually started the previous Tuesday afternoon with a 3 day soccer tournament. The different grades at the school played one another in 2 elimination rounds with the final being Thursday evening. That day, the 11th (orange) and 12 (blue) grades faced eachother in the final play off for the school championship. It was a hard and an exciting game, but the 11th grade beat the 12th grade 2 to one! The next day, Friday, there was no school. Just a full day of fun, food, talks, music and dancing!
