Survivor Stories

Here are some photos of survivors who are coming home.

Mme Jacnel is the daughter whose reunion with her mother Carla witnessed. This is her and her two sons. The one boy was injured in the quake. She leaves her husband in Port-au-Prince, though he is fine.

And this is the brother of Mme Edwayen, the uncle of Mme Jacnel. He is being greeted by his daughter on his return from Port.

These are the two daughters of Fr Limanes Auguste of LaJeune. They were at school in Port-au-Prince and their father went down to find them. They arrived home today.

Our headmaster, Phanes Charles has returned with his family. They are all well. His second daughter, Rose Gardie was at school doing homework when the quake hit. She was not in the building, but in the yard and watched the building collapse before her. She was not hurt, but they were all traumatized. Rejoice with us at these people saved.

Praise the Lord for them, I know God is in control.
